Portable Automatic Direction Finder
Purpose:
- Direction finding, recording, technical analysis and classification of signals used in modern communication systems and data transfer system in HF, VHF, UHF and SHF ranges, as well as localization of their emitters. The last function is provided when the direction finder works as a part of mobile stations.

Direction Finder Provides:
- Panoramic spectrum analysis within operating frequency range or within arbitrary numbers of frequency intervals
- Automatic single- and multi-channel direction finding of radio signals with arbitrary bandwidth
- Power (without using information about signal structure) direction finding of radio signals with arbitrary bandwidth
- Selective (related with ID of radio emission source) direction finding of GSM / UMTS / LTE base stations, Wi-Fi access points and subscriber terminals
- Selective (related with ID of radio emission source) direction finding of DECT base stations and radiophones, TETRA, DMR, APCO P25, dPMR, NXDN radiostations
- Selective (time-slot based) direction finding of subscriber 2G terminals (mobile phones, trackers, etc.), operating at the same frequency
- Recording of signal within simultaneous bandwidth to buffer with option of further time and frequency navigation as well as postprocessing including search, filtering, demodulation etc.
- Technical analysis of radio signals in real time and in postprocessing mode
- External radio monitoring of extended objects (when ARC-IG is available)
- Evaluation of radio emission sources location based on signal levels evaluated in different points of route or based on bearings
- Operation as a part of DF pair providing for localization of radio emission source (when communication equipment is available).
- All the functions related with indoor radio monitoring provided by ARC-D11 Multi-Functional Radio Monitoring System (when optional equipment is aveilable).
